Lived experience became purpose.
Dr. Eric S. Fishon’s work bridges disability advocacy, education, organizational leadership, faith, publishing, media, and emerging technology. His approach is grounded in a simple conviction: people should not have to prove their worth before receiving access, dignity, or belonging.
Drawing from personal experience with unseen disability and a career across media, business, education, and community leadership, Dr. Fishon challenges systems and language that make participation harder than it needs to be. The pandemic became a pivot point when long-held ideas developed into books, platforms, podcasts, research, and practical tools.

What we stand for
- Access is foundational.Participation should be designed in from the beginning.
- Lived experience is expertise.People closest to a barrier should help shape the solution.
- Technology should remain human-guided.AI can support judgment, not replace dignity or choice.
- Stories create belonging.Representation can help a child or adult recognize their strength.
